We ordered two beautiful couches from Tandem Arbor. Their team worked with us on finding the perfect performance fabric for the couches. We also needed a rush on the order, which they were able to accommodate. Most importantly, we were given a dedicated team member with this order who was incredible communicative and responsive. We are very happy with our experience. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I've been following Tandem Arbor for awhile as I knew I would eventually have a need to purchase. When the new bed collection dropped, I immediately fell in love with and ordered the Lafayette Bed. It was the perfect addition to our bedroom - I couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship, not to mention the wonderful customer service I received when I was deciding how to customize it. Overall, truly exquisite, unique design and experience. Next time I need furniture, I'll be turning to Tandem Arbor first!

I was excited to find the Humboldt bed by Tandem Arbor - the curves, style, and feet were so unique and different. I was even more thrilled when I received all the fabric swatches to choose from, I was able to match one perfectly with my bedding. When the bed arrived it was even better in person - the craftsmanship is beautiful.

I ordered the 9' Varick Blanc Box Weave Linen sofa. It's absolutely beautiful! Very well made, beautiful stitching. I wasn't sure if I was willing to be so daring as to go with a 9' white linen sofa so the owner herself sent me a ton of swatches with the different fabric companies she works for. The original sample was the one I went with but she was willing to work with me up to the end. Great experience and many thanks!

We ordered a custom oversized sofa from Tandem Arbor. When we discovered an issue with the sofa Tandem Arbor immediately got back to us to fix the issue. When we discovered the issue couldn’t be resolved, Tandem Arbor worked with us to send a replacement as soon as possible. We love our new couch and are so grateful for their great customer service!!

The quality of construction and materials of this sofa from Tandem Arbor is superb. It's what I would expect from a much higher priced custom furniture maker. When you combine that with the excellent customer service and the fact that its made in the U.S., I couldn't be more pleased.

Admittedly, I was a bit hesitant to purchase a sofa online. In hindsight, I should not have been. While the product is certainly beautiful, the quality is what impressed me the most. (My kids jump on it all the time, and it still looks as good as new...) Don't hesitate like I did. They really know how to make great furniture.

I was super impressed with Tandem Arbor through the entire process. From samples to delivery, the customer service was top notch. I have had my sofa sectional for 2+ years, and it still looks and feels brand new. I designed it specifically for my space - it is 144" long with one giant chaise. The Tandem Arbor designer recommended black leather trim with the Crypton fabric and it looks unique and special.

Great customer service. I ordered a custom 12’ crescent shaped sofa. I couldn’t be more impressed with the guidance in achieving the end product. It is beautiful. I felt one cushion was a bit lower than the others. I called Tandem Arbor and within a week, a “sofa doctor “ came and added more filling. Who does this? Amazing company to work with. Their product and quality is top of the line. I have recently purchased a new house and will have them design headboards for the bedroom.
